Does anyone have an approximate amount of time for smoking boneless beef ribs? Or any recommendations for seasoning? We've got a couple lbs. and would just like to get an idea.

A couple of members have done some fine reports in the Find section ,at page top.
They can vary a lot.
The boned section from standing rib roasts could cook like pork.
Those we get around here, look like they come off a 20 yr old longhorn and need to be braised.
