Boneless Beef Ribs- Anyone try them?

Just curious if anyone has tried smoking them. I saw a guy selling them this weekend and got there just as he sold out. Thoughts anyone?

Thanks, not sure I've heard of that one before.

It's marketing, WHY pay them for a fancy name, just buy some chunk roast and make you're own.

I was definitely planning to cut my own, I just wondered if anyone had tried them so I'd know if they were worth cooking, i.e. do they taste enough like real ribs that you could sell them.
