Boneless chuck ribs ??

Got a large costco pack of something labeled "Boneless beef chuck ribs."

Would these work for cookshack smoking? If yes, any tips on duration/temp?

Well, I did them for about 7:30 at 185-190 after applying a very thick mustard sauce.

They were a little on the dryish side, but not too bad. Still very tender and eatable.

Don't know what those are, but I'd do them like Beef Ribs. Depending on quality, Beef Ribs a lot of time need "help" and so putting them in foil with a little beef juice helps.
