I bought five of these for a dollar a pound, they are 3 to 4 pounds in weight and tied and wrapped in cryovac. The label reads exactly as shown in the title.

I am trying to figure out how to best use these. Can you make canadian bacon, ham, or something simimular out of these? I was thinking about something you can just slice and eat to snack on when cold, if so please provide step by step instructions.

If there is not a good way to do the above how would they be just rubbed and smoked like a normal butt roast?
