Hey all. Another question from this "Q" novice. I've seen the posts regarding what you actually yield from Butts and it appears that if I use 50% I'll be in the ballpark. The one thing I haven't found is anything on about how much per person is normally consumed. I'll be feeding 6 adults that like pulled pork. Can someone help with about how much I'll need per person. Appreciate your help.

Thanks,

Fred

You'll find several thread about yield and per serving, especially in the Pros Forum.

Most, when they cater, use about 1/3 to 1/2 cup yield. Some even use a 1/4 cup with a lot of sides or other meats included.

You'll have to adjust that amount based on how big the eaters are and how many sides you're serving. Few sides, need more pork. Making sandwiches or just pork on a plate?
