Boston Butt with Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard

I cannot remember the last time I made a butt so I made two small ones this past weekend. I decided to make one coated in Grey Poupon mustard and rub and one with just rub. My wife was convinced the mustard would ruin it, but it turned out great. Grey Poupon has a kick to it, but the smoke mellowed it. Give it a try some time and you will not be disappointed. I also discovered that Jack Daniel's whiskey barrel oak wood chips, hickory and a fruit wood (apple, pear or peach) makes a nice smoke combination. The Jack woods chips will make your yard smell like a whiskey barrel.
