Best Damn BBQ Contest
This will be my first contest of 2005 - I'm really looking forward to it. Anybody else on here going? Going to use all my Fast Eddy / Dr. BBQ tricks, and a few of my own.

Hi, I was 2nd in Pork, 5th overall out of 25 teams at the Boulder City, NV, comp. It was a great event and I'll definitely be going back next year. It was put on by the Rotary Club of Boulder City, and they went all out to make it a great competition. If anybody wants to go and use their FE, register early as the spots with power sold out and they had to turn away 3 teams that needed power.
Congrats Tom, you're doing Great in comps this year. Good showing.
