Fill it with pellets, turn it on to say 250 and watch it to make sure the pellets feed right, the fire lights and just let it go for a few hours to see if it settles in on the temp you set.

That's basic seasoning. It will continue to season as you cook, but I feel the first one should be a shakedown to make sure all works.

Then pick something simple, like a pork butt and cook it. As the meats cook they'll help season.

I agree with all of the above too.
When I seasoned mine the first time, I cleaned it with simple green and let it dry, then wiped the walls and racks with bacon grease, fired it up @ 250 for a couple hours and prepped a couple butts while waiting.
Put the butts on, stuck the probe in the smallest one, set for 185 @ 224 and went fishin'. Eeker
