We've raised the prices on our restaurant Brisket based items twice in the last 12 months. Good news is, customers haven't even batted an eye.

I think he focus on the wrong cause. It's not the popularity of brisket making it more expensive ( that's what a city reporter would think). He should talk to beef producers about there production issues with cattle, weather, etc.
