Does anyone have a recipie for a good brisket bbq sauce. The type you dip in or pour on a brisket sandwich?

Put a foil pan under the packer,as it cooks,to catch the drippings.
Defat the drippings,when finished.
Add some lo salt beef broth,maybe a little water,and some bbq sauce of choice.
Taste and adjust.
You don't want to hide the brisket-just give it back some of what dripped out.
