Gooing to pick up 2-3 briskets this afernoon and they are to large for my 009, is there any reason I shouldn't cut them in two pieces. I called COSCO and they said they had some Choice. I don't belong to thier club so I will have to join. That okay,we will do a months shopping.Hope they have some ribs to , were oit of yhem to. I'm getting hungry thinking about Q ing, will have to stop and have some Super Beef Nacho's for lunch.
