BRITU Question..

I was wondering if anyone has tried the BRITU recipe on the fec100? Also, when Fast Eddy talks about cooking ribs at 275, is he talking about the 275 setting on the 100, or trying to get an actual 275 temp in the cooker? Just trying to learn here...Thanks...

Eddy has stated that with the new circuit board,he is looking more at settings and times.
