I want to serve burnt ends tonight for a get together celebrating my 40th. I only had one cooked brisket point, and leftovers of prime rib and shoulder clod. Over all about 5 pds of cubed bite size pieces. I know my leftovers didnt have much fat like the point did, so I am concerened I won't get the results of a true burnt end. I am hoping for something edible. So besides the meat I am following Burnt ends 101, and hoping for the best. Like everyone sais it will most likely be edible.
