Well i guess im not a butt man. I cooked 2 today that everyone raved about, but i just dont care for it. It's just not hammy enuff for me i suppose. And my luck i cant get any hams around here yet, have to wait a couple months for the season. So i guess ill go onto my next smoke which i think will be chicken. Cookshack performed flawlessly per usual. Fortunately i have family to eat the 15 pounds of pork, well about 7 left after the big family dinner. Im the only one not going back for seconds, never thought that would happen...lol. Anyway, im off to ponder the next debacle i like to call Q!

Cook picnics.

They are hammier,cheaper,and slice like ham-if you take them to about 185ï¿½ internal.
