I put 4 each 9.3# avg weight butts in at 5:45pm
My temps are 178 on the mid lower rack butt and 188 on the upper rack, oven set at 225 for first 9 hours reset to 250 at that time. It's now been 18 hours.
Now I 'm thinking I need to cook 24 hours out on the Amerique to be safe.
