Due to time constraints is it possible to make/prep your ABTs the night before and then put them in the smoker the next day?

What I want to do is make my ABTs with bacon attached on top and place them in the chile grill. Then wrap the ABTs and the chile grill in Saran wrap. Place in the fridge for 24 hrs without cooking/smoking. The next day I will remove the saran wrap and place in the smoker. Food safety issue with un-smoked bacon dripping into my ABTs etc?

Thanks

As long as the ingredients aren't cooked, heated above 40, and kept in the fridge, you'll be fine.

I don't know that I'd worry about putting them in the grill unless you're trying to save time. Just lay them down in a pan, as they are cold, they won't leak out.

how will un-smoked bacon drip? What's dripping? Are you pre-cooking it? If that's the case, I would make sure the bacon has cooled off BELOW 40 before you let it touch the other uncooked food.
