was wondering if i could throw some ribs in my smokette with about 6hrs cooking time left on my brisket so theyll be done about the same time???? is that a no no....beef and pork or is it ok

I would NOT put chicken in a smoke above any other meat (such as pork or chicken). There is a serious issues of cross contamination from fresh poultry dripping on already cooked meats.
