Is there a place in OKC area that I can get casings & cure material. I have been using the casing from Academy but can not find a place to buy cure. Thanks.

Most grocery stores should have Morton's Tender Quick. Try large chains.
I have found cabela's to have a good selection of sausage kits, they include mix and casings. They also sell just the casings both natural and collagen separately. They have them in their stores and I think mail order, cabelas.com. Hope this helps to get you started. Merry Christmas
I'm with Terry, I find Morton's tender quick in a 2 lb blue bag in the spices section of my local grocery store.
Morton's is in most stores, certainly Wal-Mart.
Bricktown Bass Pro has some stuff but when I need good stuff I go online. I don't do a lot of sausage, so really can't say other than that.

I have been using tenderquick, bought at the local grocery store. However, I am more interested in using cures such as Prague powder so that I don't have to use so much salt.
Also, I don't know where to get casings locally. I have found some at Academy. However, surely there has to be some other place locally that carry different types. I want to have a local backup to the online stores.
