There are others as well. Click on search, type in "cedar" and then be sure to search "search all open forums" on the drop-down selection box on the search forum. (2nd line, I think)

I do marinate a side of salmon with olive oil, garlic, S&P, lemon juice, then place on cedar plank and cook with indirect fire on the Weber kettle. very nice. do not use the cedar for fuel, though...
