FireHouseBBQ will be cooking at Charleston this year based on all the great comments we heard about it from last year. They are even having an Anything Shrimp and a Anything Peach category for Friday night which they give you the shrimp and peaches for. Sounds like a great time. Plus they have a Friday dinner and a Sat. breakfast for the cook times. And you get forty pounds of free ice per day as a team. It sounds like these people know how to treat the cookers right!

BTW, I spoke to the organizer the other day and he said they will cut off entries at 30 this year. So get your entries in quick while there are still a few spots open.
