Skip to main content

Get some nice chicken breast, cut off all the boingers / fat etc. Sprinkle with Cookshack Chicken Rub, refridgerate a couple hours. Put in smoker @ 225' with 1/2 oz hickory with internal probe. Bring em up to 165' and you have beautiful, moist, spicy chicken breast. The best part...they only take approx 45 minutes to hit 165'. Enjoy
