How can I darken the pieces ? I have smoked 2 batches of assorted pieces in my smokette and the end color is very light. The meat is very good but it doesnt look like what you see at a Woddy's or other commercial restaurants.

Everytime I have eaten at Woody's, the chicken has a nice dark tan & the meat is ready to fall off the bone. I'm open to all expertise including recipe's. Thanks.......bob
