Chicken/Turkey Sitters

Did another beer can chicken, which as always turned out great. 225 de. till internal hit 180, at 3hours as usual. Continue to hate the process of getting the bird to stand up, and at the samr time getting the proder in.
Purchased Willies Chicken Sitter at Barbeque Store . com today, and noticed they have a Turkey Sitter. Have any of you C/S people used this? If so what size Turkey can you use? Please share your success.

Well I haven't used that exact one but one like it. It works perfectly. The biggest bird I have tried was about 4 pounds. I can't imagine going a whole lot bigger.
