Hey guys, quick question for those with an fec120. I was wondering how you would do wings if you could only use the 120, no grill. If you cranked it up to its max temp (350?) would the skin be crispy enough?
Also how long do you think that would take at 350?
And how many party wings (the split wings) do you think you could fit in the 120?
