First post here. I have the AQ and love it, got it at x mass time, cooked butts ribs pork of all kinds and beef all tings come out very good. now comes the chicken. I get my chicken from costco and cook it at 270 for about 2.5 hrs when up to temp. and out it comes. The skin is a very good color and my wife loves it. So far so good, now comes the chicken my kids get at w-mart you know the the kind with 16% water added. cook at the same temp 270 when the temp is at the set point ( 160- 175 ) I open the door and the steam about puts me to the floor and the chichen looks like he*l. The kids say it is good but the looks. Have you had this happen. What to do to make it look better.
Thanks

You can't improve on those and I wouldn't try. Buy better chicken.

Realize that 16% is water/solution that YOU are paying for. By better chicken and brine them yourself.

If you HAVE to cook them, open the door sooner and let the steam out sooner.

Did I say don't cook those type? Just sayin'
