choice vs cheaper cut

How can I tell a choice cut of Brisket vs cheaper cut of Brisket? Thanks in advance

Choice represents a grade of beef rather than the cut. In order of quality, the grades go prime, choice, select, don't go there. If your meat cutter or store can't tell you the grade, you might consider buying your meat elsewhere. Hope that helps.

If it is in cryopac,it usually has choice imprinted into the plastic.If not,it is select-which could be anything.

If it is Sam's Club,they just carry choice.

Wallyworld is usually select ,with some choice mixed in.

If it is a flat,they usually carry choice and charge accordingly.
