It sounds like "Iron Chefs of BBQ". It should be a great thing. I think it will be good for people to see what goes on. I wish they had a show about all the scary stuff that goes on in a kitchen. I think a lot of people think it's so easy to do. They don't see the actual hard work and the problems that can happen.
Maybe "Nightmares of a Kitchen".

OK!
I must have not read it very well. It looks like a "by invite only" thing. Dang, I was hoping they would be at the state championships and check out the winners. That's what happens when you wake at 3 in the morning for work and try to read something REAL fast before you go to work. Red Face
Figures!

Thanks Peggy!!
I'm on it! Am examining the "entry" form as I type. I hope to have a video tape, the "entry" form and anything else they require, in the mail on the 21st or 22nd. JIT.(just in time)
Thanks again, Peggy!
It was nice talking to you guys this weekend. I will have you a care-package in the mail in the next week or so.
I may not have what it takes or what they are looking for in a TV personality, but I ain't skeered to try. Like I said, I ain't afraid to be shown up or taught a lesson. I feel adequate at what I do and I MIGHT surprize some people.
I hope others here step up and give it a shot.
Work will be my only henderence. But, I will work around that, if it comes to it.

Welp.... Here goes nothing!
Thanks again,
Zeb

The Allstars began at 25 but only 8 will make the final selection.
There will be 8 events plus 1 finale where 2 all-stars and 1 challenger will face off. This will all be aired on the Outdoor Life Network . Each all-star will have 2 events and the top 4 all-stars after 8 weeks will qualify for the season finale in New York this Summer.
This is a meat contest and the all-stars and challengers do not know what they are cooking nor what grill. All tools, ingredients etc. will be provided.
This was all Chris Lily's concept and I think it is a good one.
The 8 finalists will be announced soon.
Byron
