Christmas Party

Tonight, I have a Boston butt on the pit. Tomorrow, I will do six racks of baby backs, homemade beans with brisket, potato salad, and garlic bread with mozzarella cheese on top.
Washed down with lots of Modelo Negra beer.
My employees had a choice to go out for a Christmas party, or a BBQ at my house. BBQ won hands down. It will be in the middle 60's tomorrow. You gotta love California weather.
Been working seven days a week for the last six weeks. Going to take off three weeks and do some serious cooking, eating and relaxing.

Merry Christmas to all! Mine is great i brought home a FEC100 last night. Will burn in today and cook sunday.
