Ok this weekend i had a chance to try something new. This BBQ place sold beef steak. It looked like chuck roll sliced about 1/4 inch thick put on a mesh grate and smoked. I must admit it tasted great was fall apart tender and couldnt have taken that long to cook! Maybe something to look into in the future. They also had some great beef ribs.
