Smoked 120 LBS of pork for the church last night.
Some cookshack rub and hickory pellets.
After about 13.5 hours had them to temp and delivered to the church.

Seems to be going over very well with Smokin's sauce. Will know more later.

I only had a chance to snap one picture which didnt turn out great but here it is...
