After taking this weekend off, I'm so looking forward to cooking this contest! It's my last one for 2005. I judged both Clarksville contests last year and both were favorites (not to mention real good eats at the judging tables).

I believe that FEC100s will be used by a number of teams...me, Late Night Whiskey Smokers, Blindog's Outlaw BBQ Gang, maybe EJ's BBQ.

Who else is going?
