After a few smokes my new Smokette has what appears to be the same seasoning on the side rails that it does on the walls and door. I am washing any food and grease from the rails but is there any real need to get them shiny clean? If there is what is a good product to use on them and the floor where the grease runs under the foil? Thanks!
