Cleaning the 500

Hey All...

Looking for info on how to clean and properly lube and oil the FEC 500...

Also...Thanks for the help at the warehouse getting casters sent out to me here in Ohio...It was an adventure getting the 500 of the trailer, casters on, and in place at the restaurant...I will have pictures coming soon...hope to have the doors open at the end of April...

I heat the cooker up to around 275 and then hose the bottom out really well with a pressure washer. I hit the walls the same way but dont really try to get the walls as clean as i can, i am just trying to keep them from getting to funky. As for the lube i just hit the zerts with white grease every few months as well as rubbing some under each rocker on the arms where the racks rotate. Be sure when you are washing you have a bucket under the drain or you will get a nasty mess all over the ground.
