Jiggy Piggy took 1st in ribs in the invitational, these guys are great to talk to.

Thanks folks, were headed down I-35 south of Wichita headed home. My goal for the year was to find recipes and cooking methods that would help with consistancy in my cooking. The FEC 100's have been a large part of that mix. We hope to keep trying to get better and reading this forum is a big help. See you all down the BBQ trail.
