As the 2nd oldest (longest) member of the forum, just wanted to say a big THANKS!

Saw where you recently posted your 5,000th post.

Awful lot of typing for a guy who doesn't own a computer. Don't you think it about time. Then you can do that many more.

Congrats and thanks again for helping make the forum what it is my friend.

One more shout out here. Doing some briskets right now, and thinking back to 8 months ago when I was just getting started, and needed some immediate help with a trimmed flat (first brisket attempt). Tom replied almost immediately with all the esential steps I needed, and re-assurance to just try and enjoy, without worry. Always enjoy your input Tom, thanks for the time you invest here. Phil
