Controller Broken?

The knob on my controller doesn't click into place when it gets to the temp marks anymore, and it goes all the way around. Also, it seems like it's always cooking at 250 - 275 no matter where I set it. Is it broken?

Sounds broken to me.

Call 1-800-423-0698 on Monday morning. Or call now and leave a message and they will call you back on Monday. Ask for Tony.

You're lucky it comes on at all. You've lost the ball bearing in the knob. New controller is the fix.

Called Monday, talked to Tony, he agrees it's the ball bearings in the knob - they're sending a new controller and I'll return the old one. Another example of Cookshack's customer service being the best.
