No disrespect to Cookshack, but a CS smoker is not going to work well for a whole hog for a number of reasons. Temp and size being two big issues.

The FEC models would work well but size might still be an issue depending on how big a hog you want to cook.

Size likely wouldn't be an issue for the rotisserie FEC's, but I wouldn't recommend one as a primary Hog cooker because you're wasting the whole rotisserie concept.

I've also cooked with FE and we did a whole hog, but split it down the middle and put 1/2 on each shelf at the BBQlossal.
