Wrap them in foil,or plastic wrap and foil.
If foiled,you can reheat in a 225�-250� until warm enough.
Plastic wrap won't melt.
You could put all 8 slabs in a larger covered pan,with a cup of apple juice,cover with foil and heat at above temps.
Best bet would be to finish on a grill,or under a broiler,just before serving.
