The "hands on" cooking school was really fun and practical. Eddy and Paul did a super job of keeping it "simple" and making it fun. A big "hats off" to everyone at Cookshack---it was first class. Your sincere attitude toward customer service is appreciated. Eddy replaced the "board" on my cooker today in 15 degre weather. That is what I call customer service.

Thanks again for the excellent school.
