I'm planning on cooking 2 racks of BB's and a slab of St louis style in my cookshack Smokette for a Mem day party.
Any suggestions on location in the smokette and time? Should they all go in at the same time?
BB's on top, St louis on the bottom? Will the St louis be done in the 3 hour approximate smike time for the BB's?
any help will be greatly appreciated.
