what is the cooking temperature range on a FEC-100. That is, what's the lowest temp you can set it for and what is the highest temp you can set it?

The team has multiple models,among us.The older ones seem to cook a little hotter than the new IQ4, which is certified for indoor restaurant use.Seems like it may want to hold below 400*.
Depending on humidity,outside temp,etc,they may get down to slightly below-or above 140*
