I have a dream of cooking an entire meal in the smokette. My menu would be brisket, ribs, bologna, beans, and corn in the shuck. Exactly how would you stage all of this? I figure cook brisket all night with beans, pull beans after 4-6 hours or so (how long for beans?) then cooler brisket for a few hours while corn, ribs, and bologna cook. Lot's of details missing since I really don't know (CS on the way as we speak) so any tips are appreciated.
