I smoked up some ABTS this morning,Hot, BUT VERY GOOD!! Hot Peppers, Swiss cheese,Smokies,wrapped in bacon,small amount of hickory, 250* for 1hr 15 mins. here is the pics.
I use jalapeno peppers with any kind of cheese you prefer, little smokey sausages,or pulled pork. cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds and the veins. I leave the veins in cause I like em hot! Then wrap in bacon using tooth picks to hold them together. Smoke with a little hickory at 250* for 1 hour and 15 mins.
