Has anyone tried hanging and smoking salami in the Cookshack Smokette models?

welcome to the forum.I have a cs020 but I don't smoke what you asked about. If it was me I would use the find button in the top left corner and that might help you find what you need tell someone comes by.

I don't own a cookshack smoker yet, but am planning to buy one. It seems a little short for hanging salami, but I'll check the find button as suggested. I'm kind of new to this forum stuff. Thanks for the info.
I think a smokette would be too small. I have a 55 and that is too small for some sausages. A three pound salami hangs too low and the bottoms tend to overcook. I try to limit the size to two pounders or 1 pound chubs.
