Cookshack needs someone to oversee our marketing plans. I am trying to take less of a role in the day to day operations of the company and as soon as we can find someone, I will limit my contribution to creative work and consultation.

The Marketing Co-ordinator oversees the company's 5-Year Marketing Plans for residential, Cookshack commercial and Fast Eddy's by Cookshack commercial product lines. A college degree is necessary. (Although, we might consider exceptional experience in lieu of a degree.) Excellent computer skills, ability to work as a team leader, and the willingness to do hands-on day-to-day implementation of Cookshack's marketing strategies are required. Applicant must be able to write well using good grammar and spelling. Relocation to Ponca City, OK is necessary. Some travel required. (You might have to go to a barbecue cookoff -- I know, please don't throw me in the briar patch!)

$30 - $40K + benefits, depending on college degree and experience

E-mail resumes to s_powell@cookshack.com.

I do hope you will consider experience in lieu of a degree.

I'm a late college boy. I was 32 when I started. Those were some great days. However, two years into it I had to stop Frowner

Today I market my own company. We have seen DuPont, Interface, and Shaw go by the way-side as we grew, and their market share dropped.

Today we are the only authorized service provider for 3 major mills in the Tampa-bay area.

I would hate to have thought that a degree was needed to get where we are at today.

Good Luck in your search!
