cookshack model 10

I just picked up an old model 10 cookshack. I was told that these were made about 20yrs ago. It does not have a temp read out only a lever that goes from low-med-high. Does anyone have any exp with one of these. Just curious to see how they work.

Best bet would be to call Cookshack sales and let them hook you into service.

They might even be able to send,or download you a manual.
