New to you're forum. At the present time I'm using a smoker made by Ed Ortone of cookersandgrills. I'd like to get something that is more consistant in cooking times and temps. Owners of the FEC100 please respond. I'm looking at buying a restaurant and adding my BBQ to the menu. Any and ALL advice will be greatly appreciated.
