Just want to give Tony, the Cookshack support guy a big Thanks!
I took my FEC 100 to Ponca City Friday because I had a high temperature problem. Tony did some stuff to check it out and then we turned it on. It worked!
This guy after 19 years really knows his stuff! I would encourage you to tap into this valuable resource when you have a problem, he will happily help you!

I totally agree, I don't mind calling cookshack, a actual person answers the phone "goodmorning/afternoon cookshack" and pleasant about it too.

Tony is nothing but helpful. I had another glowplug go out, and he made sure I knew how to manually light it intill my new one shows up!
