Unfortunately, Cookshack's high end smokers were omitted from the top ten, even though they are the standard by which most electric smokers are judged. (In fact, the Smokin' Tex smoker is a made-in-China clone of Cookshack's popular Smokette. Cookshack smokers are made in the USA.) The company's newest home smoker, the AmeriQue, is the most sophisticated smoker of its kind, with an electronic digital time and temperature controller, and a probe which guarantees meat cooked perfectly every time. I would put a Cookshack up against any smoker in this list!
