I guess someone from management might come by,but I'll give a couple of thoughts.

Cookshack has always been a manufacturing company and focused on doing the best job possible.

They then focused on the support of their manufactured products.

It is difficult to be all things to all people.

They have made the effort to supply the essentials to their owner/operators.

Because of storage and shipping ,wood products are usually best handled near the point of consumption.

I've found ,that if I look around, large retailers /box stores can sell it to me for about the shipping cost.

They also individually try to connect owners with others that can fill their specific needs.

They developed and maintain the forum,to allow us to answer the myriad of questions that arise from an international group.

fishguy,
don't know where you are located but this has worked well for us and might give you an idea to try.
my neighbor loves wild oranges and i like to smoke with pecan.
so we trade
i let him have all the oranges he wants
and he lets me have all the pecans i want.
maybe you could find a way to make a similar deal where you live.
as far as drying wood for a cs all you need is a kiln, or a really understanding wife who will let you dry small chunks of wood in the oven overnite Big Grin
hope this might help you
